SaaS development

From internal tool to product people pay for.

As a web app development company, we handle the multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions, onboarding and the boring infrastructure that decides whether a SaaS survives its first hundred customers.

Where you might be

Three ways SaaS projects usually start.

Each one needs a different first move — and getting that wrong is expensive later.

What's included

The parts nobody demos, but everyone needs.

Features get the attention. These are what keep the product alive.

01

Multi-tenant architecture

Proper data isolation between customers, decided up front — the single hardest thing to retrofit later.

02

Billing & subscriptions

Plans, trials, upgrades, failed payments and dunning — wired to Stripe or your local payment provider.

03

Self-serve onboarding

A customer can sign up, set up and reach value without anyone from your team on a call.

04

Roles & permissions

Teams, invites and access levels — the first thing enterprise buyers ask about.

05

Product analytics

You see what customers actually use, so the roadmap comes from data instead of the loudest client.

06

Security & compliance

Audit logs, encryption, backups and the groundwork for LGPD, GDPR or SOC 2 when you need it.

Tools

Built to scale without rewriting.

Managed infrastructure where it saves you money, custom where it gives you an edge.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

How much does it cost to build a SaaS?

A first paying version usually runs $20,000 to $60,000, depending on how much of the billing, onboarding and permissions layer you need on day one. We can also start smaller — a validated MVP from $10,000 — and build the rest once customers confirm the direction.

How long until we can charge customers?

Typically 2 to 4 months for a version that can take real payments. We prioritise the path to first revenue and defer everything that can wait.

Can you turn our internal system into a SaaS?

Often yes, and it's a great starting point — the product logic is already proven. The work is mostly in multi-tenancy, billing and self-serve onboarding. We audit the existing system first and tell you honestly whether adapting or rebuilding costs less.

Who handles infrastructure and uptime?

We set it up in your own cloud account, with monitoring and backups from day one. You can keep us on a support agreement or run it yourself — either way the keys are yours.

Do you take equity instead of payment?

No. We work on clear paid scopes — it keeps the incentives honest and lets us tell you when a feature isn't worth building.
