MVP for startups

Get the idea off paper, fast.

The smallest version that puts your idea in front of real users — scoped tight, shipped in weeks, and written well enough to keep building on when it works.

Who this is for

You don't need a full product yet.

You need the fastest honest answer to one question: will people actually use this?

How we scope it

Cutting is the job.

Most MVPs fail because they weren't minimum. Our first contribution is telling you what to leave out.

01

One core loop

We identify the single action that proves the idea, and everything else waits for version two.

02

Fixed scope, fixed price

You know the number before we start. No hourly meter running while you decide on a button colour.

03

4 to 10 weeks

Live and usable inside a quarter — early enough that the market hasn't moved and your budget hasn't burned.

04

Payments from day one

If it should charge, it charges. Nothing validates an idea like someone actually paying for it.

05

Real analytics

Instrumented from launch, so you learn what users do instead of guessing from three enthusiastic e-mails.

06

Not throwaway code

Fast doesn't mean disposable. It's yours, documented, and built so version two doesn't start from zero.

Tools

Chosen for speed and for hiring later.

When you raise and build a team, we want your stack to be one they already know.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

How much does an MVP cost?

Most land between $10,000 and $30,000. A very focused MVP — one core loop, one user type — can start at $3,000. We'll tell you which bracket yours falls in on the first call, before any commitment.

What if I don't know exactly what to build?

That's normal, and it's where the Product Manager earns their keep. We run a short scoping phase that turns the idea into a defined first version — you can stop there and take the spec elsewhere if you want.

Do I own everything?

Yes — code, designs, accounts and infrastructure, all in your name from day one. We don't hold anything hostage.

What happens if it works?

We keep going: new features, scale work, or growing into a monthly dedicated team as the roadmap fills up. Or we hand over cleanly to the team you hire. Both are fine.

And if it doesn't work?

Then you found out in ten weeks for the price of a small project instead of a year and your savings. That's the point of an MVP, and we'd rather you learn it early.
