Dedicated team · Nearshore

A team that works your hours.

A Product Manager and a Systems Development Specialist who join your team, sit in your stand-ups and ship in your sprints — from Brazil, overlapping with the Americas and Europe.

Why nearshore

The offshore trade-off, without the night shift.

As a nearshore software development company based in Brazil, we sit 1 to 5 hours from US time zones and 4 to 5 from Western Europe. That changes how a remote, outsourced software development team actually feels day to day.

How it works

You get a pair, not a body shop.

Product thinking and engineering come together — the same two people, every sprint.

01

Product Manager

Turns vague requests into scoped work, keeps the backlog honest and pushes back when a feature isn't worth it.

02

Systems Development Specialist

Full-stack delivery — architecture, code, review and deployment — with 15+ years of combined experience behind the decisions.

03

Inside your process

Your board, your repository, your stand-ups and your definition of done. We adapt to you, not the other way round.

04

Monthly agreement

Predictable cost, 30-day notice either way. No long lock-in and no penalty for pausing between phases.

05

Full or part capacity

Full-time when you're pushing hard, reduced when you're between phases. Scale the commitment to the roadmap.

06

Continuity

The same two people throughout. Context stays in the team instead of being rebuilt every time someone rotates off.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first.

How much does a dedicated team cost?

Monthly agreements start around $8,000 for a part-capacity pair and $16,000 for full-time. Exact pricing depends on the hours of overlap you need and the length of the commitment — we quote it plainly, with no per-hour surprises.

What are the working hours?

We're on Brasília time (UTC-3), which overlaps with the US East Coast almost fully, the US West Coast in the afternoon, and Western Europe in the morning. We commit to a fixed overlap window with your team.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week of agreeing the scope, depending on current capacity. There's no recruitment cycle to wait for.

Can we start small and grow?

That's the normal path. Most engagements begin with one scoped project — often 4 to 6 weeks — and turn into a monthly agreement once both sides know how the other works.

What about contracts, NDAs and IP?

We sign your NDA and your contract, or provide ours if you'd rather. All work-for-hire IP is yours from the moment it's written, held in your repositories.

How is this different from an offshore software development company or a freelance software developer?

Unlike a typical offshore software development company or a software development agency that rotates staff between projects, you get the same Product Manager and Systems Development Specialist for the life of the engagement. And unlike hiring a freelance software developer one contract at a time, there's product thinking built into the pair from day one — so you're not just trying to hire software developers, you're getting a team that already knows how to work together.
